Harrison Barnes has earned the StatSheet ACC Player of the Week for the week ending February 20th. Ryan Anderson from Boston College has won StatSheet ACC Freshman of the Week. And finally, Florida State's Ian Miller is the StatSheet ACC 6th Man of the Week.

Barnes led the entire ACC in scoring (23.5 pts per game). He also had great stats in rebounding (6.5 per game), shooting (50%), and three pointers (3 per game). The North Carolina sophomore put these numbers up in wins against Miami (FL) and Clemson.

Barnes led all scoring for the Tar Heels with 23 points on 47% shooting in a 73-64 win over Miami (FL). That was followed by a team-leading 24 points plus an additional 7 rebounds in a huge 74-52 win over Clemson.

This is the first StatSheet ACC Player of the Week award for Harrison Barnes. However, he has been a runner-up once and received an honorable mention. The runner-up this week is our own John Henson. Honorable mention goes to NC State sophomore C.J. Leslie.

StatSheet ACC Freshman of the Week: Boston College's Ryan Anderson

Ryan Anderson averaged 34 minutes starting both games for Boston College. He was number one among all ACC freshmen in scoring (21.5 pts per game), rebounding (9.0 per game), and free throws (5.5 per game). In an 81-65 loss to Maryland, Anderson topped the Eagles in scoring and rebounding with 22 and 10 respectively. Then in a 75-50 loss to Duke, he led all scoring and rebounding, putting up 21 points and 8 rebounds.

This is the second StatSheet ACC Freshman of the Week award for Ryan Anderson. Austin Rivers from Duke grabs runner-up. Malcolm Brogdon from Virginia takes honorable mention. The highest ranking freshman from North Carolina was James Michael McAdoo who finished 5th.

StatSheet ACC 6th Man of the Week: Florida State's Ian Miller

Sophomore Ian Miller, a 6-3 reserve guard, averaged 27 minutes over two games for the Seminoles. In a close 48-47 win over Virginia Tech, Miller took the lead in scoring for the Seminoles with 11 and added 2 assists. During a 76-62 win over NC State, he led all scoring with 17 points on 66% shooting.

This is the first StatSheet ACC 6th Man of the Week award for Ian Miller. Okaro White, a sophomore forward from Florida State, is runner up. Rion Brown, a sophomore guard from Miami (FL), earns honorable mention. This now means North Carolina has 5 StatSheet ACC Player of the Week wins this season.
